Rocks & Minerals Book
Instructions: You will create a book on rocks and minerals. You will need a cover page and table of contents. You will also need pages that include and are not limited to, minerals and their properties, crystals, the three types of rocks and the rock cycle. Please be creative. I have attached a rubric to this sheet to guide you in your publication. Your only restriction is that you may not cut and paste information off the internet. You may research, read and gather information, but you may not print and glue to your book. The book needs to be written in your own words.
Due: September 22 – No late work will be accepted.

why won't late work be accepted? what if u lost ur packet???
This assignment was posted and handed out in class on September 11th. It was due on the 22nd. That means that you had two weekends to work on it. I also gave homework assignments (Start your book, research some minerals tonight, gather some pictures) to help keep you on pace. If you lost your packet, you had 9 school days to ask me for a new one. If you did not tell me you lost your packet, how can I give you another one?
I was not aware of this project found the hard out in bottom of daughter's book bag .I making her do it . I hope accept it if not I understand ...
